Our Block of the Month Program Policy
Our BOM programs include the pattern and all fabric needed to complete the quilt top, including borders and binding. Backing and batting is not included.
- Save 25% off the cost of your backing when you order it at the same time you sign up for your BOM.
- Save 15% off the retail price (not including shipping and taxes) when you purchase the entire kit at once.
- Shipping charges and taxes are not included in BOM retail prices.

Special sales or coupons do not apply to BOM's.

When you register for a BOM program, it is understood that you are registering for the entire program and that you agree to participate for the duration.

We require credit information on file. Monthly blocks are automatically charged (and shipped, if applies).

For mail order customers: payments will be processed and blocks shipped the 1st week of each month. Shipping fees will be charged accordingly.

For pick up customers: your block will be available the 1st of each month. If the 1st falls on a Sunday or holiday, your block will be available the next business day.

We normally bill your account the 1st week of each month. We ask that you check your blocks monthly as they arrive, even if you are not working on the project. If, for some reason, you do not receive your next expected block - please contact us. We cannot be responsible for a missing block if you wait to notify us.

Remember to update us with new credit card information if your card has expired, or has been replaced or cancelled.

Please be aware that occasionally fabrics may have to be substituted when we can no longer get original fabrics; we take great care in choosing very suitable replacements.
